DAY 1 -
REGISTRATION |
|

|
| Many event guests
attended an early registration on Wednesday, May 14th, though a
repeat registration took place on the day of departure, Thursday
May 15th. The registration was held at the Tangaroa Terrace
in the Polynesian resort at Walt Disney World, Orlando. At
the registration desk, guests received a special "Disney
Adventure on the High Seas" logo lanyard, an ID tag, a Disney
Cruise line water bottle and lanyard water bottle holder, and a
convention logo binder with the event itinerary and merchandise
brochures (all pictured above). Guests also received a
special treat: A Skull Rock sculpture, sculpted by Dusty Horner
(pictured below). |
|

|
| The skull rock
sculpture was limited to an edition of only 500 (one per guest)
and had the special convention backstamp underneath the base
(shown above). In the main lobby of the registration area,
guests picked up their preorder merchandise and had the
opportunity to purchase any left over items (pictured on next
page). Of the event-exclusive
merchandise, only the Peter Pan sculpture had sold out by
registration day. The sericel and giclée offerings were on
display so guests could see the final product with the matting and
frame (pictured on next page). |
